The GDPR goes away because of Brexit

We hear this quite alot, and like a lot of the myths that existed when GDPR (the General Data Protection Regulation) was first introduced, this one is also inaccurate for a number of reasons. That’s why, based on feedback from members, we have partnered once more with the Essex Chambers of Commerce to run a Data & Brexit workshop to advise businesses on the coming changes and what to look out for. We will cover;

  • How Data Protection will work post Brexit
  • What the basic rules on personal data are
  • How to maximise the data you use
  • What the rules are around marketing and how they are potentially going to change post Brexit
  • Know where to find additional information and resources
